Pamela Godoy Peterson is the owner of eLanguages and she has been in the interpreting and translating business since 1987. She started her career as a Spanish Court Interpreter in Los Angeles, California in 1987 where she spent 13 years working as an interpreter and translator and where she is still currently certified by the State of California as an Administrative Hearing Interpreter. In 2000 she decided to start her second and current language business, eLanguages, Inc., with a strong focus initially on the Spanish language and Spanish cultural consulting, and which through the years evolved to include translations on a daily basis of many other languages including Chinese, Portuguese, Japanese, and French.
In 2009 eLanguages became certified as a minority “woman-owned” business by the State of Florida. Since 2000 and with the help of an excellent team of translators and interpreters, Ms. Peterson has built a very reputable “boutique” interpreting and translating agency. eLanguages is still small enough to be able to offer personalized services to all their clients, but mature and experienced enough to be able to provide and handle translations and consulting services for Fortune 500 companies such as Sprint, Western Union, and MGM Grand, as well as many smaller companies like restaurant groups, advertising agencies, and non-profits. We look forward to helping you meet all your language needs at home and abroad.
eLanguages is a member of The American Translator’s Association and C12 Group.
